Biography

Instruction

I have a Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Automation Engineering at Sapienza University of Rome, both cum laude (110/110 cum laude).

Esperienze

As a member of the SPQR RoboCup Team, I contributed to different RoboCup Standard Platform League (SPL) competitions, where teams of humanoid robots, with up to 7 autonomous players, take part in soccer tournaments. I have been a member of the RoboCup SPL technical committee for RoboCup 2023, contributing to the technological development of the competition. During this activity, I was awarded the Best Paper Award at RoboCup Symposium 2023 as a co-author of the paper "Play Everywhere: A Temporal Logic based Game Environment Independent Approach for Playing Soccer with Robots".

I worked on projects with a high techonological impact, like the "Adriano" project, for the development of a robotic museum guide for the Temple of Hadrian in Rome, in collaboration with the Italian Institute of Technology, qbRobotics and Babelscape.

Research interest

Currently enrolled in the 40th National PhD in AI at Sapienza University of Rome, under the supervision of Prof. Daniele Nardi, my research focuses on Artificial Intelligence systems that involve Large Language Models (LLMs) as sources of Commonsense Knowledge for purposes regarding the generation of plans and strategies for robotic agents.

The objective of my work is to improve the usability, safety and scalability of Commonsense Knowledge, extracted through Multi-Modal LLMs, opening the way to more adaptable Artificial Intelligence systems, capable of reasoning in more effective unstructured environments.
